Olga Khokhlova, Chair of the Legislative Assembly of the Vladimir Region, paid a working visit to the Moselektroshchit plant (part of the Electrical Solutions division of the NEC Group) in Kovrov. She toured the facility and discussed plans for the development of the production site with the management team.
During the tour, the delegation visited Moselektroshchit’s main production workshops, including new facilities launched over the past year. A workshop for manufacturing busbar trunking systems—with an annual capacity of up to 12,000 meters—opened at the plant in 2025, followed by the launch of the plant’s third phase in August 2026. The new 15,500-square-meter building is designed to produce up to 3,000 units of complete switchgear (voltage range 0.4–35 kV) annually.
"In a short time, the company's management and investors have successfully upgraded production capabilities by opening a new, modern facility. I am confident that promising new projects lie ahead for the plant—projects capable of meeting the infrastructure needs of both the region and the country in the energy and industrial sectors," noted Olga Khokhlova, Chair of the Legislative Assembly of the Vladimir Region.
Representatives fr om Moselektroshchit described the production cycle and the equipment the plant manufactures for the energy, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. The enterprise has significantly expanded its capabilities over the last two years; notably, it has launched the production of gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) units, with a capacity of up to 2,000 units per year.
At the conclusion of the visit, the participants discussed Moselektroshchit’s future plans, prospects for production expansion, and the company's cooperation with the Vladimir Region.

In 2026, Moselektroshchit will mark its 80th anniversary. The company specializes in the development and manufacture of electrical equipment for the energy, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. Today, the plant continues to modernize and increase its production capacity.
