"Electroshield-K°" Improves Process Efficiency
Electroshield-K°
The Kaluga-based "Electroshield-K°" plant (part of the "NEC" Group) is implementing lean manufacturing methods as part of its enterprise management system development. This approach is focused on increasing productivity, process stability, and establishing unified operational standards.
Lean manufacturing methods are applied in key areas of the plant, including the automatic injection molding (APG) line. Additional capacity, including a fifth press and equipment for processing oval cores, has been integrated into the process chain. This allows for increased transformer output and ensures a stable production cycle.
The implementation of the lean manufacturing project contributes to the development of key processes and the systematic increase in the production of "Electroshield-K°" transformers.

"We are consistently developing our production system, prioritizing efficiency and product quality. The use of lean manufacturing methods not only optimizes current operations but also lays the foundation for the company's future growth and technological development"
