Electroshield‑K° takes part in the modernisation of one of Europe’s most powerful energy facilities
Electroshield‑K°
The Electroshield‑K° plant (part of the NEC Group) has supplied a set of current measuring transformers for the Vladimirskaya substation (a branch of PJSC Rosseti – the Central MES). The equipment is being used as part of the modernisation of one of the key facilities in the main grid infrastructure of Central Russia.

The Vladimirskaya substation is the largest energy facility in the Vladimir Region and one of the most powerful energy hubs in Europe. It plays a system‑forming role in the operation of the Unified Energy System of the country, ensuring the transmission of electricity via ultra‑high‑voltage mainlines and reliable power supply to the regions of the Central Federal District.

The current transformers are being integrated into the substation’s high‑voltage complex. The equipment converts primary current parameters into measurement signals for electricity metering systems, relay protection, and technological monitoring. The stability of the substation’s operation and uninterrupted power supply to millions of consumers and major industrial enterprises in the region directly depend on the accuracy and reliability of the measuring solutions.

The plant’s participation in the modernisation of the Vladimirskaya substation confirms that Electroshield‑K° products meet the strict requirements imposed on equipment for strategically important power industry facilities.
