Enhim
Business Journal has published its annual ranking of the largest chemical industry enterprises in the Central Federal District (excluding Moscow and the Moscow Region). In the list of 43 companies, the result of Enhim (part of the NEC Group) deserves special attention – the enterprise has taken the 13th place. The plant’s financial report for 2025 demonstrates an 89 % revenue growth compared to the previous period.
The chemical industry remains the foundation of the manufacturing sector and supplies raw materials to more than 70 related industries: from agriculture and pharmaceuticals to mechanical engineering and energy. Against this background, Enhim’s results are indicative for the entire industrial cluster of the Central Federal District (CFD).
Enhim’s main competitive advantage is the restoration of a technology lost in Russia – the production of fire‑resistant turbine oil and other products based on triaryl phosphates and trialkyl phosphates. Today, the products manufactured at the production site in the Tula Region fully comply with industry standards and are in demand by key customers: JSC “Concern Rosenergoatom”; PJSC “Inter RAO”; LLC “Gazprom Energy Holding”, and others.
Production of fire‑resistant turbine oil meets strict safety standards for equipment at thermal and nuclear power plants. Successful completion of audits by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and State Corporation “Rosatom” confirms the high level of quality and reliability of the enterprise.

Revenue growth of 89 % is just an intermediate stage. In 2026, new products for the oil refining, chemical, construction and other industries have been added to the enterprise’s product line. Now we not only produce ready‑made fire‑resistant turbine oil, but are also ready to offer customers key components for creating next‑generation materials and fluids. This will strengthen the technological sovereignty of our customers and open up new opportunities for joint innovative projects – and, as a consequence, will allow us to reach even higher profit indicators in the near future.
