Enhim
Enhim (part of the NEC Group) organized a guided tour of its production site for students of the Novomoskovsk Institute of the Dmitry Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia (RUCT). Future chemical engineers were introduced to the full production cycle of a high-tech product — fire-resistant turbine oil, which plays a key role in ensuring the safety and reliability of energy and industrial equipment.
The tour began with a visit to the modern production workshop. Students observed all stages of the technological process, fr om raw material purification to the filling of finished turbine oil into barrels, and saw firsthand the quality control procedures implemented at every stage of production. Particular emphasis was placed on strict manufacturing safety standards. In December 2025, Enhim successfully confirmed that its quality management system complies with the international standard ISO 9001:2015 (GOST R ISO 9001-2015). The certificate confirms that the production and supply of fire-resistant turbine oil based on tricresyl phosphate fully meet high standards of production cycle quality control and, consequently, finished product quality.
The young chemists then visited the production laboratory, wh ere they were introduced to advanced methods for analyzing raw materials and finished products, as well as to state-of-the-art equipment.
The tour concluded with an informal meeting over tea with Enkhim employees who are graduates of RUCT. Head of the Production Laboratory Nadezhda Kirilyukova and Head of the Organic Synthesis Department Alexander Taratukhin shared their professional journeys, discussed career growth opportunities at the company, and answered key questions about the demands of today’s labor market for young chemists.
Students and faculty highly appreciated the tour, noting its practical value and motivational impact. The students now plan to complete internships at the company, and some have already expressed their desire to join the Enhim team after graduation.

We view meetings with students as a key element in building our talent pipeline and developing the professional community. When we see the students’ enthusiasm and hear their thoughtful questions, we understand that such talented young people will become the industry’s future leaders. That is why direct communication with our employees — recent graduates of the Novomoskovsk Institute of the Dmitry Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia — is the most honest and effective way to demonstrate the opportunities that working at Enhim provides.
