Enhim Ships Fire-Resistant Turbine Oil to Perm Krai's Largest Electricity Supplier

Enhim (part of the NEС Group) has successfully completed a strategic delivery to Permskaya GRES, one of the country's most powerful power plants. Over 140 tons of fire-resistant turbine oil were shipped under a contract with JSC Inter RAO – Electric Power Plants.

Fire-resistant turbine oil will ensure the uninterrupted and safe operation of the primary and auxiliary equipment of the power plant's turbine units. Its use in turbine hydraulic oil systems (in areas with high temperature loads) is critical. The stable operation of the power units depends on its quality.

Permskaya GRES ranks fourth among Russia's largest thermal power plants by installed capacity and is the largest electricity supplier in Perm Krai. For the town of Dobryanka, with a population of 33,000, the plant is the sole supplier of heat.

Permskaya GRES supplies electricity to the industrial center of Perm Krai and the Verkhnekamsk industrial hub. Currently, electricity generated by Permskaya GRES is supplied north to the Berezniki-Solikamsk industrial hub, east to the center of Sverdlovsk Oblast, and west to the Perm-Zakamsk power hub, which borders two industrial regions: the Udmurt Republic and the Republic of Bashkortostan.
