From Large-Scale Performance to New Capacities: Enhim’s 2025 Results
Enhim 2025
The past year was marked for Enhim (part of the NEC Group) not only by record-breaking production figures and achievements, but also by substantial operational growth.

The company’s workforce increased by 78.6%, while revenue rose by 89% compared to 2024. The total volume of products manufactured under the Enhim brand exceeded 450 tonnes, which is twice the output recorded in 2024.
Following the expansion of production volumes, the next planned step was a capacity expansion project. The company is completing preparations for the launch of the second phase of its production complex — the trixylenyl phosphate synthesis unit. Commissioning this facility will strengthen the domestic industry’s independence from imports and enhance the safety of the country’s energy infrastructure.

Alongside large-scale construction, Enhim is actively developing its scientific and technical capabilities. The Enhim Research Center has patented two unique quality control methods: a method for testing fire-resistant oil samples and a method for determining their purity.

The company’s proprietary methodologies for measuring the acid number of fire-resistant oil and determining the pH value of its aqueous extract were successfully certified. Over the course of the year, laboratory specialists analyzed 425 samples, ensuring flawless quality control at every stage of production.

Recognition of the company’s research significance came with its victory in the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade competition under Government Decree No. 1649 and the receipt of a state subsidy for R&D activities. These funds will be allocated to the development of advanced technology for producing triaryl phosphates — key components for modern industrial sectors.

In 2025, Enhim’s products received official confirmation of their status. The company’s fire-resistant turbine oil was included in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia in accordance with Government Resolution No. 719. This step not only formally confirms the Russian origin of the product within the import substitution policy, but also provides significant advantages for the company’s partners, including participation in public procurement.

The high quality of Enhim’s production has also been recognized by international standards. The company successfully confirmed compliance of its quality management system with the international ISO 9001-2015 standard (GOST R ISO 9001-2015), ensuring process stability from production through to delivery.

A notable achievement was the conclusion issued by experts from VNIIPO of the EMERCOM of Russia, who, following independent testing, officially recognized Enhim turbine oil as a low-flammability liquid, confirming its enhanced fire safety for use in critical energy equipment.

Strong production performance, the construction of a new production phase, state-level recognition of products, and success in research activities have created a solid foundation for further development. The results achieved in 2025 enable Enhim to proceed with the planned expansion of production capacities and the launch of a new product line.
