H Energy
H Energy (a member of the NEC Group) has completed another stage of confirming the localization of its products. Two types of 220 kV high-voltage transformer bushings (BRIT-90-220-1050/2000 and BRIT-S-90-220-1050/2000) have been included in the Register of Russian Industrial Products of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation for a period of three years. This is another confirmation of the deep localization of production and recognition of the fact that the products of our enterprises are manufactured on the territory of the Russian Federation.
The work on inclusion began in November 2025 and took five months. The company collected and formalized a complete package of documents, which successfully passed expert review, after which an inspection of the production site in the city of Khotkovo was carried out by experts of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
At present, six types of bushings manufactured by H Energy are already listed in the Register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia. Inclusion of equipment in this register gives the manufacturer significant competitive advantages, namely: priority in state procurement, the opportunity to participate in import substitution programmes, and protection from unfair competition from foreign suppliers. The company complies with Government Decree of the Russian Federation No. 719 – one of the key documents determining the status of Russian industrial products.
In the future, H Energy plans to continue the process of including the entire range of high-voltage bushings produced at the factory in the city of Khotkovo in the register. This will consolidate the company’s position in the Russian market and contribute to strengthening the country’s technological sovereignty.
