Students from the Energy and Mechanical College of Kovrov State Technological University named after V.A. Degtyarev visited the MosElectroShchit plant, part of NEC Group’s Electrical Engineering Solutions division. The tour was held as part of the Unified Career Guidance and Employment Day organized by the Kovrov branch of the Vladimir Region Employment Center.

The students visited the production workshops and learned about the main stages involved in manufacturing modern electrical equipment. Company specialists told them about production technologies, quality requirements, and the professions currently in demand in the industrial sector.

MosElectroShchit has been operating in the electrical engineering industry since 1946. Over this period, the company has completed more than 4,000 projects in Russia and abroad. Today, the plant manufactures electrical equipment for power, industrial, and infrastructure facilities.

The tour was opened by Igor Borisov, Executive Director of MosElectroShchit. He spoke about the company’s operations, the development of its production facility, and career opportunities for young professionals.

Introducing students to real-world production is one of MosElectroShchit’s career guidance initiatives. The company cooperates with colleges and universities in the Vladimir Region, helping future professionals gain an understanding of modern industrial careers and employment opportunities while they are still studying.
