Moselectroshield Reviews 2025 Results: Record Growth and Strategic Development

Moselectroshield 2025 Results
Moselectroshield has summarized its performance results for 2025. The company demonstrated strong momentum in its financial indicators: revenue increased to RUB 15.5 billion. Production facilities expanded by more than 60%, exceeding 27,000 m², while the workforce nearly doubled.

Particular attention was given to team development. The company introduced a comprehensive package of social programs, including meal compensation, voluntary health insurance (VHI), rental housing support, and assistance for employees’ families.

In its anniversary year — 2026 — Moselectroshield will celebrate its 80th anniversary. The commissioning of a new 15,500 m² production building is also planned at the Kovrov plant, which will increase the output of key products. The order portfolio already includes landmark projects such as Kursk NPP-2, Leningrad NPP-2, and Khabarovsk CHPP-4.

Moselectroshield is one of the oldest and most technologically advanced enterprises in Russia’s electrical engineering industry, founded in 1946. The company develops and manufactures a full range of equipment for reliable power supply, including 6–35 kV switchgear (GIS/AIS), low-voltage switchgear (LVS), transformer substations, and busduct systems. Its products operate at thousands of facilities in Russia and abroad.
The year was marked by the implementation of major strategic projects for leaders of Russia’s energy sector. The company supplied equipment for the country’s first energy storage gigafactory of Rosatom, participated in the modernization of Balakovo NPP, Kuban PSPP, and the construction of Novolenskaya TPP in Yakutia. In 2025, Moselectroshield carried out a large-scale upgrade of its machine tool fleet at its main plant in Kovrov, launched new production of innovative SF₆ gas-insulated switchgear cells, and opened assembly sites in Lipetsk and Cheboksary. This allowed us not only to improve quality and efficiency, but also to significantly expand our production capabilities.
