NARTIS gains the right to Independently verify high‑voltage metering devices

NARTIS
NARTIS (part of the Components and Intelligent Technologies division of the NEC Group) has expanded the scope of accreditation for its metrology laboratory, gaining the right to verify high‑voltage electricity metering devices with a voltage rating of 6-10 kV. Experts from Rosaccreditation have confirmed that the laboratory meets the requirements of the national accreditation system.

Expanding the accreditation scope will enable the enterprise to carry out a full cycle of metrological support for high‑voltage metering devices at its own production site. This will reduce the time needed to prepare products for delivery, strengthen quality control and improve the efficiency of production processes.

Today, the NARTIS metrology laboratory employs 10 verifiers. It is equipped with more than 70 units of modern equipment and carries out verification of smart electricity metering devices, data collection and transmission units, as well as high‑voltage metering devices.
Preparing to expand the accreditation scope took more than two years. During this period, we upgraded the laboratory, equipped it with modern instruments and built a team of specialists. Today, the laboratory has all the necessary competencies to perform verification of high‑voltage metering devices in‑house.
