«Nartis PULT» now available in RuStore: how to control your meter via smartphone

NEC TECH Nartis PULT
NEC TECH has developed the «Nartis PULT» mobile app. It enables remote reading of electricity meters manufactured by the NARTIS plant (both companies are part of the NEC industrial group). The app can be downloaded from the RuStore marketplace.

In addition, the mobile app displays all values of consumed electricity – both total and by tariff – as well as power quality parameters and the operational status of the meter. «Nartis PULT» can work either independently or in tandem with the NARTIS remote control.

The mobile app is designed for the Android operating system and enables remote reading of «NARTIS‑I100‑SP1» and «NARTIS‑I300‑SP31» electricity meters, which support Bluetooth connectivity. It also supports TCP/IP communication via GSM (if the meter has a SIM card with a static “white” IP address – i.e., a permanent address accessible from the internet).

Here’s how to use the app:

1. Check your electricity meter. Make sure the installed meter has the «RF2400/2» specification. Meters with Bluetooth also feature a Bluetooth icon or the «BT» label on their casing.

2. Download the «Nartis PULT» mobile app to your phone or tablet.

3. Enable Bluetooth on your device and open the app.

4. Sel ect the «BLE» connection method.

5. Choose your meter fr om the list of available devices and enter the PIN code (pairing code).

The PIN code is assigned during meter production upon the customer’s request. When connecting, the mobile app tries standard PIN code variants. If none of them work, it prompts the user to enter the code manually. You can obtain the PIN code from the retail or grid company that installed the meter.

Once the connection is successfully established, the meter’s data will be automatically read and displayed on your smartphone or tablet screen.

As Russia’s largest manufacturer of smart metering devices, we see our mission not only in producing modern energy equipment but also in delivering a seamless customer experience. Expanding our communication channels is a priority for us. Previously, the “Nartis PULT” app was only available on the plant’s website, which created certain barriers for users. Integration with RuStore is a logical step in our strategy to improve service accessibility. Now, all customers with the latest NARTIS meters can download the app quickly and securely using this trusted Russian platform.
