NARTIS Releases New Version of the «S-90» Charging Station for Urban Transport
NARTIS Charging stations
NARTIS, together with NEC.TECH (both part of the NEC Group), has upgraded the S-90 electric charging station. In the new modification, engineers have increased the station’s power output from 180 kW to 240 kW, and raised the nominal connector current from 250 A to 300 A.

As a result, the average charging time for electric buses has been halved — from 40 to 20 minutes. At the same time, the station retains its ability to charge two vehicles simultaneously, reducing infrastructure costs and improving the accessibility of public electric transport. In addition to e-buses, the S-90 can also be used for charging private electric vehicles.

The station is equipped with a high-precision electricity meter that continuously monitors power consumption. All energy transfer data is recorded and automatically transmitted to the billing system. The invoicing process is fully automated, and integration with infrastructure management systems eliminates manual metering errors, simplifying financial settlements with users.

The charging stations have successfully passed testing and are already operational within Saint Petersburg’s urban transport network.
