The NEC Group has launched a series of meetings between the parent company’s leadership and employees of its subsidiaries. The key topic on the agenda is the Group’s development strategy through 2030. The first meeting was held at the production site of H Energy.
The choice of venue was deliberate: H Energy recently joined the Group. Therefore, it was decided to prioritize a meeting with the plant’s workforce in order to accelerate employees’ integration into NEC’s operational and communication processes.
During the dialogue, company management and employees discussed current objectives, production development prospects, and the implementation of a unified umbrella brand. Particular attention was given to the Group’s long-term strategy, which was presented separately by the parent company’s leadership.
“It is extremely important for us that every employee feels part of a large team united by common goals. We are committed to developing direct dialogue with our teams in order to hear feedback, discuss our development strategy, and jointly identify paths for further growth,” said Denis Surovtsev, Deputy CEO for Development at NEC JSC.
The practice of direct dialogue will become a regular initiative. In the near future, similar meetings will be held at all companies within the NEC Group.
