NEC TECH
The data acquisition and transmission device (DADT) ShL‑ZB‑L, developed by the scientific and technical centre NEC TECH (part of the NEC Group), has received a positive assessment from the Ministry of Industry and Trade and has been included in the Register of Domestic Industrial Products of Russia.
The DADT provides an integrated solution for two key tasks: commercial electricity metering (ICEM) and telemechanics. The device meets the need for data collection for electricity billing and for the operational management of power grids.
The modified DADT ShL‑ZB‑L with telemechanics controller functions receives and stores data not only from ordinary electricity meters, but also from metering devices for other energy resources, as well as from any digital measuring instruments. All this data is transmitted to dispatching and accounting systems.
It is worth mentioning security separately. The DADT ShL‑ZB‑L has built‑in FSS‑certified cryptographic information protection tools (CIPT) that protect data transmission channels from the DADT to the information and computing complex and/or the grid control centre (GCC). The DADT ShL‑ZB‑L fully complies with the requirements for information security of intelligent electricity metering systems, the corporate standards of PJSC Rosseti, and the requirements of the unified technical policy in the power grid complex.
One can choose one of two certified options: ViPNet Client 4U for Linux by InfoTeCS or PC CIPT DADT‑21 by S‑Terra SCP. Both options have FSS test laboratory conclusions on the correctness of integration.
The solution developed at NEC TECH is distinguished by its high efficiency and ease of use, as well as the ability to self‑recover in case of a fault and to self‑diagnose its own status.

Inclusion of the DADT ShL‑ZB‑L in the Register of Domestic Industrial Products means that the device meets high Russian standards and strict localization criteria, and for NEC TECH as a manufacturer – this is another step towards technological sovereignty
