«Nizhny Tagil Metal Structures Plant» successfully completed the fabrication of metal structures for the crushing and loading facility at the Mikhailovsky GOK

«NTZMK» LLC (part of the «NEC» industrial group) manufactured the metal structures for the DPU-7200 crushing and loading facility for the A.V. Varichev Mikhailovsky GOK. During 2022 and 2023, «NTZMK's» engineering department specialists developed the design documentation and then fabricated the complex metal structures for this unique facility.

The DPU-7200 is a multi-story steel structure incorporating integrated and adjacent technological modules. The facility is designed to receive ore from the quarry via dump trucks, crush it, and then transfer it to a conveyor belt. The fabrication of the DPU-7200 metal structures required high precision and skill, given their complexity and the large number of welded joints. The facility's launch is scheduled for the next two weeks.
