NTZMK (part of the NEC Group) has commissioned a new HSG TX5R-120120S laser cutting system for section metal. The installation of this equipment will increase the productivity of the section section of the semi-finished product preparation shop by 13 tons per day, improve the efficiency of production processes, expand the capabilities of rolled metal processing, and reduce manufacturing lead times.

The system is designed for high-precision machining of pipes and profile blanks. The 12 kW equipment is capable of processing rolled metal up to 12 meters long and with a cross-section of up to 510 mm, enabling the production of parts for large-scale metal structures.

The new system is equipped with automated control and processing systems, ensuring process stability and high cutting quality. The automated loading and unloading system allows for processing blanks weighing up to 2 tons, reducing the labor intensity of production operations.

To operate the new equipment, the company's specialists have undergone training and mastered the TubesT software suite.

Using the new suite will improve manufacturing precision, optimize material and energy consumption, and expand the company's production capabilities to handle orders of varying complexity.
