The NTZMK plant continues to upgrade its infrastructure as part of its comprehensive development strategy. The company’s on-site medical unit has been equipped with new devices, transforming it into a multifunctional center for prevention and treatment.
The NTZMK physiotherapy room is now fully equipped to treat a wide range of conditions — from seasonal colds to occupational musculoskeletal disorders. The medical team’s arsenal now includes decimeter-wave therapy devices (“Solnyshko”), modern electrophoresis units (“Potok-1”) and SMT therapy systems (“Amplipulse”), as well as a UV irradiation device (UV tube).
Particular attention has been given to high-tech physiotherapy methods. Employees now have access to procedures using the “Almag+” magnetic therapy device and the “Rikta” magneto-laser system. In addition, the plant has purchased ultrasound and ultra-high-frequency therapy equipment, inhalers, and a vibration massage bed. This “medical technology park” enables the company to provide care at a level comparable to that of professional clinics.
The plant’s near-term plans include further expansion of medical services and the introduction of digital solutions. Automation of services will enable accurate analysis of employee health data, strengthening preventive care efforts and making workplace healthcare even more accessible and effective.
