NTZMK Shipped More Than 55,000 Tonnes of Products
NTZMK
One of the country’s largest manufacturers of welded steel structures has summarized its 2025 results. The year was especially productive for the enterprise. The plant completed several major orders. Shipments were fully completed for steel structures for the construction of flue stacks at the South Yakutskaya CHPP, the Yekaterinburg-City office center, the main building of the Neryungrinskaya GRES, the 500 kV “Varyag” substation high-voltage line in Primorsky Krai, the “Ostrovsky” waste processing complex, the exhaust tower of EVRAZ ZSMK, and the main structures of the wheel-and-tyre shop at EVRAZ NTMK, the ZapSibNeftekhim petrochemical complex, the Usolsky Potash Plant, and the main building of the Novolenskaya TPP.
NTZMK has been actively involved in the modernization of the energy cluster since 2024, after joining the NEK Group. In 2025, the plant actively supplied steel structures for the construction and reconstruction of power plants that are strategically important for reliable energy supply and the economic development of various regions of the country. The most remote and hard-to-reach delivery areas were the Far East and Yakutia. To the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) alone, the enterprise delivered more than 14,000 tonnes of steel structures last year, despite the harsh climate and complex logistical challenges. In winter — via winter roads; in summer — via the Lena River. In 2026, NTZMK will continue fulfilling orders for the Novolenskaya TPP, Khabarovskaya CHPP-4, Partizanskaya GRES, Neryungrinskaya GRES, and Kashirskaya GRES.
The technical re-equipment of NTZMK made it possible to significantly increase labor productivity and improve the quality and reliability of the products manufactured. Under the investment program, the enterprise received about RUB 1 billion to renew its production equipment fleet. One of the key areas of production development was automation. Modern high-tech laser systems with capacities of 20 kW and 30 kW were installed. Laser cutting of parts is carried out at minimal temperatures, which means the possibility of metal deformation due to heating is eliminated, and the parts do not require additional straightening.
The investment program also included social projects aimed at creating comfortable and modern working conditions for the plant’s employees. In mid-2025, a modern administrative and amenity complex with an area of more than 2,000 m² opened, with comfortable locker rooms, spacious showers, and a modern on-site medical unit. Right at the plant, employees can receive not only emergency but also scheduled medical care. A major renovation of the NTZMK cafeteria with 130 seats was carried out. New buses were purchased to transport plant workers. The plant premises were improved and landscaped. Special attention is paid to improving the microclimate at workplaces. The workshops are equipped with units for cleaning the air from fine dust particles, impurities, and aerosols generated during welding operations.
At the end of 2025, NTZMK was included in the register of participants in regional investment projects. This became an important step for the development and growth of NTZMK’s competitiveness. The enterprise secured government support for the implementation of the investment project “Modernization of Core Production.” The key focus of the program is to increase labor productivity through the introduction of new production technologies. This will make it possible by 2030 to double production volumes and improve product quality. One of the main stages of the project is the construction of a new painting-and-loading workshop with a total area of 7,200 m². A modern automated painting line will be installed at the new production site. Total investment in the project will amount to about RUB 2 billion. Completion is planned for Q4 2027.

In 2025, we delivered dozens of projects for the design and manufacture of steel structures, confirming a high level of quality, responsibility, and engineering precision at every stage of the work. The plant consistently fulfills its production program and contractual obligations within the established timeframes. Over the 12 months of the year, we shipped 55,815 tonnes of steel structures. This is a quarter more than in the same period of 2024
