RTC-ELECTRO, part of NEC Group’s Electrical Engineering Solutions division, has supplied ShMS busbar systems for the modernization of the power supply system at Proletarets Bakery JSC, one of Moscow’s largest bakery enterprises.
The equipment will be installed at the company’s substation and will become part of the power supply system for the bakery’s production facilities. Reliable power infrastructure is particularly important for food production facilities with continuous technological processes.
ShMS are compact sandwich-type busbar systems designed to distribute electricity in networks with voltages of up to 1 kV. This design allows space to be used efficiently and simplifies equipment installation at industrial facilities. The current-carrying busbars are protected by insulation based on Mylar film, which is resistant to moisture and chemicals. The material is non-combustible and provides reliable electrical insulation during equipment operation.
Proletarets Bakery produces around 100 tonnes of baked goods and approximately 5 tonnes of confectionery products every day. The company’s products are supplied to retail chains in Moscow and the Moscow Region.
