RTC‑ELECTRO supplies 915 metres of busbars for new LNG equipment manufacturing plant

RTC-ELECTRO
RTC‑ELECTRO (part of the NEC Group) has supplied electrical equipment for the new assembly and testing complex of JSC Kazankompressormash (part of JSC GMS Group). The facility will become a key production site for localising in Russia the manufacture of high‑tech compressor equipment for large‑scale liquefied natural gas (LNG) projects.

As part of the project, RTC‑ELECTRO supplied phase‑isolated busbars with moulded extruded insulation (TPLÉ) with a rated current of 3 150 A. The total length of the supplied equipment amounted to 915 metres.

The busbars ensure reliable and uninterrupted power supply to the assembly and testing complex, where compressor equipment will be assembled and tested. The solutions are designed for facilities with heightened requirements for power supply reliability and comply with modern industrial safety standards.

Creating the new complex will enable the localisation of high‑tech compressor equipment manufacturing in Russia. The project is of strategic importance for the development of domestic machine building and for strengthening technological independence in the field of equipment for large‑scale LNG projects.

Reliable power supply provided by RTC‑ELECTRO’s solutions is a key condition for the stable and safe operation of the new production complex.
