The NEС High-Voltage Solutions division has provided power supply to a new plant in the Sverdlovsk region
The 110 kV "Sfera" substation has been commissioned in the Sverdlovsk region, providing a connection to the power grid for the Neyvastal metallurgical plant under construction in Alapayevsk (Titanium Valley SEZ).

H. Energy (part of the NEC High-Voltage Solutions division of the NEC Group) supplied a complete set of high-voltage equipment for the substation. The supply included 110 kV circuit breakers, voltage transformers, disconnect switches, and earthing switches.

The equipment ensures reliable operation of the substation, which is designed to supply the plant with a capacity of 34.5 MW.

The new substation has become a key infrastructure element for the launch of metallurgical production. The Neyvastal plant will produce up to 290,000 tons of grinding steel balls per year, which are used in the mining industry.

The project created the necessary conditions for a stable power supply to the new industrial facility and the further development of the production site in the region.
