Unitel Engineering and ChuvSU are expanding cooperation in training engineering personnel

Unitel Engineering Rector of ChuvSU
The production site of Unitel Engineering (part of the NEC Group) was visited by Andrey Alexandrov, Rector of I. N. Ulyanov Chuvash State University, and Evgeny Kadyshev, Vice‑Rector for Research.

During the visit, the university representatives got acquainted with the company’s production capacities, technological processes, and products. One of the key topics of the meeting was developing cooperation in training engineering personnel and enhancing the qualifications of specialists.

Today, more than 100 employees of Unitel Engineering in Cheboksary are graduates of ChuvSU – this accounts for 38 % of the staff at the production site. The parties discussed further collaboration, including training the company’s employees at the university, developing advanced training programmes, and integrating practical production tasks into the educational process.

Unitel Engineering consistently works with educational institutions. For example, it is expanding cooperation with the Cheboksary Electromechanical College: the company participates in equipping classrooms, hosts students for on‑the‑job training, and creates conditions for the further professional development of young specialists.
It is extremely important for us to see our graduates in demand as specialists at high‑tech enterprises in the republic. The fact that more than a hundred graduates of Chuvash State University work at Unitel Engineering confirms the quality of engineering personnel training and the effectiveness of the university’s interaction with industrial enterprises.
