Unitel Engineering (part of the “Automation and Communication Systems” division of the NEC Group) has fulfilled an order for National Electric Grids of Uzbekistan JSC. The company manufactured 450 power supply units of the UNIT‑BPTN series and prepared the entire batch for shipment in just 30 days.

The power supply units ensure the uninterrupted operation of relay protection and automation devices powered by current and voltage transformers. Thanks to the prompt manufacture of the equipment, the customer was able to carry out scheduled maintenance work at the republic’s key power facilities within the established deadlines.

Within a month, Unitel Engineering’s specialists completed the entire production cycle – from order initiation to the manufacture and preparation for shipment of all 450 units of equipment. This pace was made possible by the well‑established production process and the coordinated work of the company’s specialists.

“We understand how critical deadlines are in the energy sector: the ability to carry out scheduled maintenance depends on the timely delivery of equipment. Therefore, in this project, our goal was not only to manufacture the required quantity of equipment but also to do so as quickly as possible. Within 30 days, we manufactured and prepared for shipment the entire batch of 450 power supply units. For us, this demonstrates our ability to respond swiftly to customer requests and to fulfil large orders within tight deadlines,” noted representatives of Unitel Engineering.

The supply of equipment to National Electric Grids of Uzbekistan JSC continues Unitel Engineering’s cooperation with the republic’s energy sector. The company is consistently developing its export activities and expanding supplies of Russian electrical equipment to the countries of Central Asia.
